Talking to Naina Adhikari who got 2nd position in overall female category said that this year competition was different for her as she was sick from typhoid and there were more strong competitors this year which made the competition more challenging but it was nice to compete with the foreigners alongside Pinky aka Priyanka Rana who got best debut award at GKF, 2020.

Naina also adds that Pinky’s performance was brilliant. She is just 5 months old in the field of Kayaking and this was her first-ever competition. She was very graceful in her first two rounds, rest went swimming but her efforts were commendable.

In the end, Naina says not everyone can handle the competition pressure. We were nervous but we were together at every moment which gave us strength.
